Czech Everything Limited (trading as Czech Music Direct) will not use any personal data given to it by its customers, except for use in the execution of orders and despatch of Compact Discs, DVDs,  Long Playing Records, or related items purchased.  The customer will retain their rights of access, to modify, cancel their details, or transactions with Czech Music Direct.  We shall protect your privacy, and will not divulge personal data held on customers to any third parties.  All prices stated in the Czech Music Direct catalogue exclude postage, the rates of which follow this paragraph.  This website and these terms and conditions is governed by English Law and English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in relation thereto.  

Returns and Refunds - Any item supplied that is defective will be replaced free of charge.  If, however, a refund is requested it will be made in the same form as the original payment and a Credit Note cancelling the original Invoice sent to the billing address.  Defective items should be sent to the address on our Invoice, and the customer is responsible for the cost of this postage.

UK / Europe Postage Rates - single CD £1.75, up to 5CDs £2.95, for each additional CD add 50p.  UK post is sent Recorded to be Signed For.

USA / Canada / Rest of the World Postage Rates - single CD £2.70, up to 5CDs £3.75, for each additional CD add 75p.
