Craig Stratton

Craig Stratton was born in Okinawa, and in 1970 started learning the violin, and piano.  He is a graduate of Kingston University and Trinity College of Music.  He studied in Prague for two years with Professor Ivan Strauss, and it was during this period that he developed his interest in Czech music.  As well as perfoming solo, Craig also appears in chamber ensembles and gives concerts at home and abroad.  His violin is ascribed to Marco Obbo (1800).  Visit Craig Stratton's website at: www.craigstratton.co.uk
