Arco Diva

Arco Diva's catalogue, exceeding 50 titles, has built up over a number of years.  It is recognised as one of the most important producers of classical music recordings in the Czech Republic.  The company philosophy has always been to combine original projects with encouragement for the younger generation of musicians - pianist Martin Kasik, the Martinu and Wihan String Quartets, ArteMiss Trio, violinist Pavel Sporcl  and violist Jitka Hosprova.  Established artists such as conductor Jiri Belohlavek, now Chief Conductor of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and the legendary Czech Philharmonic Orchestra also appear on Arco Diva recordings.

Aside from the classics of Czech music, Arco Diva's repertoire extends to the current generation of Czech composers, including Sylvie Bodorova and Lukas Hurnik, and their catalogue ranges over Benjamin Britten, Samuel Barber, Schoenberg, Korngold, Schnittke, Pfitzner, Ronald Stephenson, Vivaldi and Piazzolla.
